Tala’s journey into psychology began when she initially earned her license as a Clinical Dietitian in Beirut, Lebanon, her hometown. She developed an immediate interest in taking a holistic and personalised approach to treatment.

Tala obtained her BSc in Psychology and BSc in Nutrition & Dietetics at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. Driven by a desire to provide holistic support, Tala transitioned her focus to clinical psychology upon moving to London.

In London, Tala earned her MSc in Health Psychology and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from UCL. During that period of time, Tala gained experience working in various mental and physical health services, including an eating disorder service, learning disability settings, and hospital environments (oncology, and plastic and reconstructive surgery services).
