She places value on creating an environment that feels empowering, hopeful and gentle where your well-being and needs are at the centre of our work together. Sophie draws on a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support each person, including person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural therapies.

In her free time, Sophie enjoys spending time with her dearest people, going on adventures through the Swiss mountains and enjoying a dip in cold water.
